Referrals
In line with our transparent approach to all we do, we’d like to point out that we receive referral fees from some of our recommended independent service providers. These are as follows:
Solicitor referral payment – £100 to £150
IFA referral payment – 30% of the total commission paid to them. (they reward us from the commission they earn in return for their work carried out for you).

We have the latest software that enables us to record all of our applicants and match you to any new properties that we are instructed with, ensuring you don’t miss out.
