I get to know all my properties well because of the way I work and will always visit a property first if a tenant reports a problem to ascertain what is required to solve that problem.
If you are my tenant then we will have started to build our relationship from the first viewing, and from here onwards we only get to know one another better since it is I who manages your tenancy from start to finish.
