There is no added vat to the fees listed
1. Rent
2. Holding deposit - capped at one week's rent. This can be withheld if the tenant withdraws for any reason during the application process. This must be returned if the agent or landlord pulls out. The holding deposit can be transferred to the tenant's security deposit as a portion of.
3. Security deposit - capped at five weeks rent
4. Late payment fee - this will be charged at 3% above the bank of England base rate from the date the rent falls due, until the rent is paid. This levy can be charged after 14 days of rent arrears and backdated to when the payment was due.
5. Variation to tenancy agreement - £50
6. Cost of replacement keys or security devices - reasonable cost.
