You deal with me, completely. I will be the person you speak to when you call. If I miss your call for any reason, I will be the one calling you back.
It’s me you will meet at your property for a valuation, or to simply meet with to discuss your plans or to ask advice.
It’s me who will carry out your viewings, so I’ll know your property inside and out and get to know the people who come and go, and those who will eventually buy or let your property, personally.

Building up rapport and a good relationship is so important to me, and to not be handed around an office from one person who deals with this, and then someone else who deals with that, is key to this working well.
So, by the time we have a buyer or a tenant, the process we’re all going through and the relationship we have developed is tight and not disjointed at all.
The act of advertising your property is not unique at all. Every singe agent advertises on one of the same property portals, with Rightmove being the dominant one that binds every agent as one. We all use them.
So, your property will of course show here to the same audience, regardless of the estate agent you choose. Put another way, no one estate agent’s Rightmove advertising is viewed by more or less people than another agent. We all share the same exposure, no matter how big, "posh", or small we are.
To finish up, I’d like you to know that I have a town centre office on Rodney Road, and am basically available all the time. After hours my phone is always on for calls and emails, so I monitor this into my evening and reply to inquiries when they arrive. Communication is a very important aspect of what I do and how I carry my business, so nobody will ever be waiting long to hear back from me.
