About The Founder - Mark Ellison

Having lived in Cheltenham all my life I have been able to watch our beautiful town change, grow and develop into one of the most sought after areas of our country to live.
My personal background is in sales where I have spent more than twenty years developing the necessary sales and people skills essential for providing the highest levels of customer service.
Property has long been a passion of mine and my long ambition to realise my own property business came to fruition in May 2015. I wanted to turn my sales experience, customer service skills and love of property into a business that would offer you the kind of experience that I believe is missing within many businesses these days. One where you, the customer are the focus.
I have the highest standards and customer service beliefs. I will provide you with a good honest service, be communicative and above all follow through with what I tell you I will do for you.
In the year since ME And You Estate Agents have opened its doors I have taken on many new clients and their properties and have watched my business grow quite rapidly. Whilst working hard at developing the business I also undertook the task of earning the qualification and NFOPP Level 3 Award In The Sale Of Residential Property (QCF). I am very proud to say that this has afforded me the honour of becoming a member of the National Association Of Estate Agents (NAEA). For me it is important that you know you are dealing with a professional, that you can rest in the knowledge and have peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a person and business who are not only passionate about what we do, but also fully qualified.
I thank all of my current and past clients and am grateful for the trust they have afforded me in dealing with their property sale.
I look forward to building many more relationships and working with you and your property.

About Cheltenham
Home to some of the best public and state schools in the country, as well as the best in entertainment and the arts, it is of little surprise that The Telegraph voted Cheltenham as one of the top 20 places in the UK to raise a family:
One of the things I have always cherished about Cheltenham is that if you drive five to ten minutes in any direction out of town, you find yourself transported to another world, high up in the roaming hills of Cleeve, Crickley or Coopers, or in the picturesque market towns of Stow-on-the-Wold or Cirencester.
Because of its popularity and success, our town is constantly attracting new residents and to this end, the Cheltenham property market is forever moving and growing.
If you are looking to invest in your own piece of Cheltenham’s Regency character, or if you are lucky enough to already have yours and wish simply to move, why not give us a call?
